2019 has been the Year of the Podcasts for Woofbooks! While you will hear similar content in each podcast (and learn more about our books, our mission, and how they came to be), each one has a different mood and focus. Each also includes a lovely write-up about our session. I am so grateful to have been invited to be a guest with these warm, wonderful hosts, who are making a positive impact on the world in their own way. My life is richer for having met them.
“Let’s replace fear with love.” Those are the inspiring words of Paul Lowe, host of HEARTS: Helping Everyone Achieve Results Towards Success, my first recorded podcast. This session has a focus on compassion in an often fear-driven world (with me focusing on compassion toward animals, of course!). Paul has a big heart and truly wants to make the world a better place. Enjoy!
I had SUCH a fun time and great bond with my warm, wonderful, and delightful host, Ariel Andersson, of Imperfect Parenting. Ariel and her husband are two “Imperfect Parents” working to create a world forum to create a more peaceful parenting planet. Enjoy!
What a wonderful chat I had with David Kurlander, of The Pack Animal Podcast. David has an impressive amount of experience (two+ decades!) working with all kinds of animals, from zoo animals to wolves and dogs, studying how they think and why they behave the way they do. It was such a pleasure and an honor being his guest. Enjoy our fun chat!
Hope you enjoy this fun and lively chat with the energetic and enthusiastic Jed of Jedlie’s Reading With Your Kids. We talk about all of my books, but Jed really loved The Adventures of Grandma Charlotte! He also tells us about some other fun books he knows about. Enjoy!
I had such a wonderful time talking with the absolutely delightful Angela Marcus of Take Me Home, a great podcast on Pet Life Radio. Angela also LOVED hearing about Grandma Charlotte! Take a listen here, https://www.petliferadio.com/TMHep131.html
I had the honor of being pared with a remarkable author, Carol Novello, President of the Humane Society Silicon Valley and Mutual Rescue, an amazing organization, on a recent podcast called Save A Pooch. I loved learning about Carol’s mission and experience so much that I immediately bought her book as soon as we signed off! You can hear our podcast here, https://www.petliferadio.com/saveapoochep40.html . Though our books are different and written for different audiences, we share the same goal–increasing kindness and compassion towards animals. Thanks to host Beverly Isla for having us on her show.
And last, but certainly not least, this was a really fun interview with the charming and enthusiastic Jody Miller-Young of her interesting podcast, Bark and Swagger on Pet Life Radio. Enjoy!!
Thanks for listening!
